Mindfulness – A conscious presence, being here and now. To see the reality and experience the life of what is, in the moment. When we are here in the body, heart, thoughts and feelings, an inner balance, joy and increased self-awareness are created, which in turn opens to an inner calm, a climate of permission and opportunity for acceptance. Only then can we reach clarity and understanding of thoughts and reaction patterns in life that can be stuck in invasive patterns.
Instead of acting on the basis of our “autopilot” we can through mindfulness learn to make healthy and conscious choices and thus achieve a better balance in our lives. The relationship with ourselves and our world is deepened and becomes more loving. With patience and openness, conscious presence is something we can all practice.
