Viveka opened the gates to Pranayama for me and led me with care, patience and loving kindness. My journey just started and I am grateful to have her as mentor. Viveka is a truly fantastic teacher – calm, knowledgeable, and deeply inspiring. Her presence creates a space that feels both grounding and expansive, allowing you to truly connect with yourself on a deeper level.

The retreat itself was beautifully organized in a serene setting, with just the right balance of yoga, meditation, and time for reflection. Everything – from the classes to the food and the company – felt intentional and full of heart.
