Be ready for a deep journey into the inner body complete with a detailed muscular and skeletal technique and the subtle body of emotions and energy. Learn how to create the safe space of patience, kindness and tolerance in the deepest regions of the pelvis and watch your hips open.

A detailed alignment based practice rooted in the Ashtanga tradition.

Surrender to the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method with careful emphasis on the traditional vinyasa method and have fun along the journey. Experience the integrity and purity of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and be prepared to sweat.


Shoulder It, 13:30-15:30
Whether you’re working on strength or flexibility, breaking down the key elements of movement mechanics of the shoulders will add depth and meaning to your practice. Understanding healthy movement in the shoulders unlocks both strength and flexibility. The yoga practice takes you through total mind and body healing. Integrating body intelligence with sound anatomical technique in this workshop will leave you with an intimacy, vibrancy, and integration through your shoulders.

A detailed alignment based practice rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, 9:30-11:30
Dive into a detailed exploration of the Astanga Yoga method starting with the foundational principles of practice in the Primary Series. Break down key principles and poses in a perfect mix between theory and application. Perfect for all levels, new students will find a warm welcome to this ancient tradition and old students will leave with a fresh look at the lineage and practice.


Deep Relaxation and Flexibility, 13:30-15:30

If you think that flexibility just isn’t for you or feel blocked on key poses like forward bends or bends this is the perfect class for you! Learn how to cultivate the calm and equanimous mind and tap into an inner state of infinite possibility. There is a place of infinite peace within, you just need to discover it. Instead of forcing your body into submission, change the paradigm and set yourself and your body free. Surrender is the magic word that opens the locked doors of the inner body. Dive deeply within and discover what it means to truly be flexible.

Please bring your yoga mat, and other props that you need, and come at least 20 min before workshop starts. We are going to be about 50-70 people.  You can bring your bag in to the yoga room, we will show you where to put it.
