General Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/h2>

All retreats organized b\u00a0Karuna Consulting Ltd<\/strong>\u00a0(Cyprus) \/\u00a0Atmajyoti Yoga AB<\/strong>\u00a0(Sweden) are covered by\u00a0The EU Package Travel Directive (EU 2015\/2302)<\/strong>\u00a0The Swedish\u00a0Package Travel Directive<\/strong>.<\/span>
By booking and paying for a retreat, the participant enters into a binding agreement with the organizer for the specified period.<\/span><\/p>

2. Registration Fee<\/span><\/h3>

A\u00a0icke \u00e5terbetalningsbar anm\u00e4lningsavgift p\u00e5 200-500 \u20ac<\/strong>\u00a0is required to confirm your spot.<\/span>
The fee covers administrative costs, communication, and non-refundable deposits paid to the course venue and instructors.<\/span>
This fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.<\/span><\/p>

3. Cancellation by the participant<\/span><\/h3>

Cancellation must always be made in\u00a0in writing<\/strong>\u00a0to the organizer.<\/span><\/p>

The following conditions apply after the registration fee has been paid:<\/span><\/p>

If the participant finds another person who can take over the spot, this may be approved, provided that the venue agrees and the organizer is informed\u00a0no later than 14 days<\/strong>\u00a0before the retreat starts.\u00a0<\/span>Once payments have been made to the retreat venue or other suppliers, these costs are considered\u00a0non-refundable<\/strong>\u00a0according\u00a0article 12 of EU Directive 2015\/2302.<\/strong>.<\/p>

4. Cancellation by the organizer's side<\/span><\/h3>

If the organizer has to cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g. insufficient registrations, illness, travel restrictions, or the venue closing), the participant will be offered:<\/span><\/p>

a full refund of all amounts paid<\/strong>\u00a0(excluding the non-refundable registration fee), or<\/span><\/p>

credit<\/strong>\u00a0which can be used for a future retreat.<\/span><\/p>

The organizer is not responsible for external costs such as flight tickets, transfers, or travel insurance.<\/span><\/p>

5. Force majeure<\/span><\/h3>

If the retreat cannot be held due to extraordinary events (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemic), a refund or credit will be provided in accordance with EU legislation and the retreat venue's policies.<\/span><\/p>

6. Insurance<\/span><\/h3>

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase\u00a0travel and cancellation insurance<\/strong>\u00a0that covers illness, delays, and other unforeseen events.<\/span><\/p>
