A healing class, where we will journey through some gentle yoga to ground our energy, somatic movements to connect to the felt sense of the body and a relaxing meditation for deep rest and spiritual inquiry.
This class is designed to support us to slow down and connect to the quiet energy within.
As we abide in this inner silence, it makes us more intuitively aware, which enables us to become more open and available to what is here.
Nourishing natural qualities within us of love, kindness, connection and peace that we can embody in our practice and move out into our everyday life with.
