Ulrika started yoga regularly in 2009. Yogan has been highly addictive to her and after the first evening, one step has led to the second one. Ulrika joined Atmajyoti Yoga’s Yoga Teacher Education 2016-2017 and teaches now ashtangayoga, hathayoga and pranayama. During the fall she will complete with Pregnancy Yoga training and Yinyoga Module 1.
Ulrika about yoga: It’s hard to put words on what yogan has meant and means to me. In everyday life, it lifts and lifts me. It helps me to be here and now and to see what’s really important. When this has been going on for a while, things can start happening. You may make decisions you never thought you could / wanted / dared. So it has been for me and is still. Now I want to pass on this to others to take on and do it.
