Yoga drills, 9:30-11:30
Join two hour strength and flexibility journey if you want to laugh, have fun and share the warm heart of yoga with Kino. Start off with a short meditation and then dive into a full-on practice for all levels. From shoulders to core, hips to backbends, your body and mind will be in a yoga bootcamp. If you practice with Kino online and join her sessions on Periscope and YouTube, you will know exactly what to expect! There is something for everyone here, from beginner to advanced yogi. All you need to join is an open heart and a playful spirit.
Fearless backbends, 13:30-15:30
If you enjoy a challenge but think you are too stiff to ever bend your back then this is the perfect class for you. By understanding how to work your body in a safe way you will learn what it takes to really bend over backwards with no fear. The secrets of deep backbends are available to you through the integration of sound anatomical principles, healthy alignment techniques and intensely fun stretches. The dynamic movement mechanics of bending your spine are the key to limitless flows of energy and in this class you will begin to explore you natural potential for deep backbends with safety, support and enthusiasm.
The Yogi Assignment talk, 15:45-16:15
Get an assignment in this class that fulfills the total journey of yoga. Start off with a discussion about one key point derived from traditional yoga philosophy, then apply that directly to practice. Each class changes focus in both the assignment and the asana profession. Take your yoga wisdom into your every day life. Expect to sweat, practice and leave with a dose of inspiration to keep you living the yogi life.

Ashtanga Yoga full primary series, 9:30-11:30
Surrender to the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method with careful emphasis on the traditional vinyasa method and have fun along the journey. Experience the integrity and purity of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and be prepared to sweat.
Twist into your center, 13:30-15:30
Deep twisting increases energy levels, cleanses the body and opens the mind to new levels of awareness. Find the perfect balance between activation and release in this new approach to twisting. Learn healthy technique to increase flexibility in your spine and shoulders while creating solid foundation in your pelvis. Use the core strength of the body to support the twisting and extension. You will have fun with many levels of twists and even use the twisting position to enter some challenging arm balances!

Please bring your yoga mat, and other props if you need, and come at least 20 min before workshop starts. We are going to be about 150 people. There are changingrooms with showers. You can bring your bag in to the yoga room, we will show you where to put it.
