New perspectives – Yoga, strength & play på Atmajyoti Yoga i Stockholm
In this workshop we will touch on shoulders, hips, core and spine and how these areas relate to asanas. We will explore range of motion in a more active way, building strength where we tend to be weak and in that way create more mobility in the body. There will be room for exploration and new ways to do asanas as well.

The workshop will be held in English if necessary, otherwise in Swedish.
A minimum of 8 participants for the course to be held.
