Prana Vayus – yoga workshop med Sandra på Atmajyoti Yoga i Stockholm
What is Prana and how can we increase prana in our lives ?
When we move into the more deeper aspects of Yoga we can start to feel and direct the Prana Vauys , the winds of prana and how they affect our bodies.
There are 5 different winds of Prana that can either ground , elevate , digest or assimilate what we need more of in our lives.
This will be a practice where we move through a shorter Flow practice to get into our bodies and then there will be a theory part where Sandra explains the concept of Prana and
what the 5 different Vauys are and how we can begin to work with them – both as teachers and as students of yoga .
This workshop is 3 hours long and you will gain a deeper aspect on how we can move into a deeper experience of Yoga and move energy in our practice.
