Slow Flow och Yoga Nidra på Atmajyoti Yoga i Stockholm
A 2hr Yoga class, focusing on bringing harmony , lightness and joy.
Yoga Nidra I rest – Victoria teaches a slow flow practice which helps to ground us and move towards stillness. Turning our attention inwardly and focusing on the energy within to bring lightness and joy. She completes the session with iRest Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice for deep relaxation and self inquiry.
Victoria offer an open space, which is non competitive, calming and peaceful. I teach to welcome everything that is present at this moment and encourage movement from the heart.

Through my practice and teachings I love to focus on the very essence of yoga, finding balance within our own being. By moving and feeling from within we create a sense of calm, peace & happiness.The practice of yoga helps us deepen our understanding of ourselves, others and our environment.
The practice of yoga has been with me over 20 years. Throughout this time, my practice has shaped and evolved around new learnings and life experiences. I have studied many linears from Iyengar to Shadow Yoga with many know and unknown teachers and all have inspired me with something I can weave into my own teachings and self practice.
At present I am deepening my studies of iRest Yoga Nidra with Richard Miller & James Reeves, and assisting James with Teacher Training. I am also incorporating a more somatic exploration into my practice with my teacher Julie Martin.
