Meditation på Atmajyoti Yoga i Stockholm
Nidra is the sanskrit word for sleep. Yoga Nidra is a deep state of relaxation, but instead of loosing unconscious as we do in normal sleep; we remain completely conscious and aware.
This meditation will be a lovely iRest Yoga Nidra; It usually involves lying or being seated in a comfortable position whilst being guided through a meditation for deep relaxation and self inquiry.
It is a powerful method to reduce stress and anxiety that so many of us experience in our modern world. It is a scientific method that follows a very specific path, leading the practioner systematically through the body, using verbal ques and imagery.

About Victoria: The practice of yoga has been with her for over 20 years. Throughout this time, her practice has shaped and evolved around new learnings and life experiences. She has studied many linears from Iyengar to Shadow Yoga with many known and unknown teachers and all have inspired her with something she can weave into her own teachings and self practice. At present she is deepening her studies of Yoga Nidra and Non Duality with Richard Miller. She is also incorporating a more somatic exploration into her practice with her teacher Julie Martin.
