Somatic Yoga & Meditation

A healing class for body and mind. Slow Yoga to ground our energy, Somatic Movements to deepen our awareness through feeling and sensing of the body from within, and a short Meditation for rest and relaxation.

This class is designed to support us in slowing down through movements which help reduce fatigue, stress and tension in the body. This enables us to feel more ease, joy and flow in our movements. Like a moving meditation, which connects us to an essence of calm and peacefulness.
