General booking rules

A booking for a course, treatment, private lesson, workshop, event, travel or training is binding. Bookings are made via Atmajyoti's website. Please note that a place for a course, workshop, event, travel or training is only guaranteed once payment has been registered with Atmajyoti. In case of absence, a full charge will be made.

Cancellation of treatment and/or private lesson must take place 24 hours before the booking is scheduled to start otherwise full charge will be paid.

At workshops, events, courses or courses, paid booking is binding. The registration fee will not be refunded.

We travel applies to the Package Travel Act, which you can find on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website.

Once your booking is made through the website, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.

According to the Law on Distance Contracts, the withdrawal period applies to e-commerce for 14 days from the purchase.

Fees and payment

Atmajyoti has the right to change one-off fees, monthly fees and other fees. However, changes to the monthly subscription membership fee only apply after the end of the current term. If the member has chosen payment of the monthly fee by consent if monthly card charge and sufficient funds are missing from the card at the date of charging, Atmajyoti will send a reminder invoice regarding payment of the overdue monthly fee.

Cancellation terms and conditions package holiday

According to the Package Travel Act, we as an organizer have the right to charge a reasonable fee for the costs that we have due to your booking if you choose to cancel the trip.

The registration fee is non-refundable.

Atmajyoti's cancellation fee for package holidays:

-30% of the entire trip price if cancelled no later than 90 days before departure

-60% of the full price of the trip if cancelled no later than 60 days before departure

-100% of the full price of the trip if cancelled less than 30 days before departure

Payment

Secure online card payments via Stripe. The card number is sent through an encrypted connection directly to the bank. Atmajyoti Yoga AB does not have access to confidential information concerning the customer's card or bank account The following cards can be used for payment via Atmajyoti's website:

Personal Data Act

The personal data you provide to Atmajyoti Yoga AB is used to manage bookings and confirmations and to ensure that the service works in the best possible way. Atmajyoti's register is processed in accordance with PUL, The Personal Data Act. No party other than Atmajyoti has access to the data.

Information and messages

The Member is responsible for notifying Atmajyoti of any changes in contact details (such as change of name, address, email address, telephone number) or direct debit payment details. The majority of information and notifications are sent via email and through our website.
