General Terms and Conditions
All retreats organized b Karuna Consulting Ltd (Cyprus) / Atmajyoti Yoga AB (Sweden) are covered by The EU Package Travel Directive (EU 2015/2302) The Swedish Package Travel Directive.
By booking and paying for a retreat, the participant enters into a binding agreement with the organizer for the specified period.
2. Registration Fee
A icke återbetalningsbar anmälningsavgift på 200-500 € is required to confirm your spot.
The fee covers administrative costs, communication, and non-refundable deposits paid to the course venue and instructors.
This fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation by the participant
Cancellation must always be made in in writing to the organizer.
The following conditions apply after the registration fee has been paid:

| 31–60 days | 25 % av retreatavgiften återbetalas minus anmälningsavgiften |
| 0–30 days | No refund (100% of the retreat fee is retained).

If the participant finds another person who can take over the spot, this may be approved, provided that the venue agrees and the organizer is informed no later than 14 days before the retreat starts. Once payments have been made to the retreat venue or other suppliers, these costs are considered non-refundable according article 12 of EU Directive 2015/2302..
4. Cancellation by the organizer's side
If the organizer has to cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g. insufficient registrations, illness, travel restrictions, or the venue closing), the participant will be offered:
a full refund of all amounts paid (excluding the non-refundable registration fee), or
credit which can be used for a future retreat.
The organizer is not responsible for external costs such as flight tickets, transfers, or travel insurance.
5. Force majeure
If the retreat cannot be held due to extraordinary events (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemic), a refund or credit will be provided in accordance with EU legislation and the retreat venue's policies.
6. Insurance
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel and cancellation insurance that covers illness, delays, and other unforeseen events.
7. Approval
By paying the registration fee, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted these cancellation and refund terms.
