General booking rules
Bokad plats av kurs, behandling, privatlektion, workshop, event, resor eller utbildningar är bindande.
Bokning görs via Atmajyotis hemsida. Observera att plats till kurs, workshop, event, resor eller utbildningar är garanterad först när betalning registrerats hos Atmajyoti. Vid frånvaro utgår full debitering.
Cancellation of treatment and/or private lesson must be made 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking, otherwise, the full charge will apply.
For workshops, events, training, or courses, the paid booking is binding. The registration fee is non-refundable.
For travel, the package travel regulations apply, which you can find on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website.
Once your booking is made through the website, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.
According to the Distance Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal for e-commerce applies for 14 days from the purchase.
Fees and Payment
Atmajyoti reserves the right to change one-time fees, monthly fees, and other charges. However, any changes to the monthly fee for subscription memberships will apply only after the current binding period has ended. If the member has chosen to pay the monthly fee via authorization for monthly card billing, and there are insufficient funds on the card on the billing date, Atmajyoti will send a reminder invoice for the overdue monthly fee.
Cancellation terms for package travel
According to the Package Travel Act, as the organizer, we have the right to charge a reasonable fee for the costs incurred due to your booking if you choose to cancel the trip.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
Atmajyoti's cancellation fee for package travel:
-30% of the total trip price if canceled no later than 90 days before departure.
-60% of the total trip price if canceled no later than 60 days before departure.
-100% of the total trip price if canceled later than 30 days before departure.
Payment options
Secure online card payments via Stripe. The card number is sent through an encrypted connection directly to the bank. Atmajyoti Yoga AB does not have access to confidential information related to the customer's card or bank account. The following cards can be used for payment via Atmajyoti's website:

The Personal Data Act
The personal data you provide to Atmajyoti Yoga AB is used to manage bookings and confirmations, as well as to ensure that the service operates in the best possible way. Atmajyoti's register is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL). No party other than Atmajyoti has access to the information.
Information and messages
The member is responsible for notifying Atmajyoti of any changes to contact details (such as changes to name, address, email address, phone number) or payment details via direct debit. The majority of information and messages are sent via email and through our website.
